Ellika Sadr, M.D.
Founder and Medical Director
Dr. Ellika Sadr is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, comprehensive care. Dr. Sadr completed her medical training and Family Medicine residency at the University of California, Irvine. She has a passion for preventative care and is dedicated to supporting the long-term health and well-being of her patients. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Sadr enjoys spending quality time with her family and staying active through a mix of HIIT, yoga, and Pilates.

Sherin Sayrany, B.Sc.
Head of Nutrition Science Research
Sherin Sayrany holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Health and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of British Columbia to become a registered dietitian. With a strong foundation in nutrition science and a passion for preventative care, Sherin focuses on making evidence-based wellness more accessible and personalized. She blends scientific insight with creative strategy to develop food & nutrition plans, health content, and lifestyle guidance for long-term success. Outside of her work, Sherin enjoys recipe testing, content creation, and staying active through weightlifting and pilates.
